    Long time no post


    I need to keep track of the natraupathic detox - yes this is under a physicians care.  Since it is healthier eating I thought here was best. 1.5 liters of the detox water needs to be consumed.  No red meat, no dairy, no refined sugar,  no citrus, no gluetin/ bread.  Brown Rice 3 times a week. 

    (B) Oatmeal, frozen fruit and detox tea
    (S) Pumpkin seeds
    (L) Stirfry chiken and Veggies, Brown Rice, a little carrot soup and gluten free snack bar

    Doing really good.  Again going through that familar loose clothes feeling.

    Happy I have a group of people in my town that I found on the WW''s board.  So far there are four of us.  Looks like we are going to start a walking/exercise club.

    They aren't slip ups... I just know I can do better.  Damn pudding...and I thought it was low fat..
    Oh well I got lunches in the freezer at work, having been heading to the pool, been getting water so that was a good first week.
    The pool makes me feel good.  I forgot quafit involved so much streaching as well...my muscels are feeling good.  Got the day all figured out and ready to go.

    My mind is so focused.  Todays victory was the aquafit class.  I didn't get into the other onces and gave up.  Tonight I gave it another try and remembered what felt good about it.  The streaching and cardio.  Now to get a balance in my workouts I need to deide which days I will do laps and which days aquafit.

    Eating on track!! I even didnt eat what was planed today!

    Although food is not logged here I have been on track with e-tools for the last 2 days and am already feeling strength.
    I went swimming last night and after 20 minutes I was a little more winded than usual and a lost of my strength  .  My swim card has 18 swims for me to use up though.  It was wierd setting out at 9pm but I admit it help me to sleep in this hot weather.
    Water is no problem.  I have bought a lot of fruit to cut up and bring with me.... carrying it all home is good exercise.

    So Z asked if I would do WW's with her. We both got e-tools and I honestly looged my weight in and got this... conside it has been 2 years since I did this online

    We notice that since the last time you visited the weight tracker, you've gained. Try to visit regularly so you can keep your weight history and progress charts up-to-date.

    So I am up .5 from last week. Still I screwed up at the bridal shower.

    Today I leave for Edmonton. Moderation is the key. I am not being strict. Will have cheesecake at the cheesecake cafe but other wise use my judgement. Both hotels have a gym. I will walk a lot and the waterpark at West Ed. This is a holiday it isn't visiting home... I gotta live a little but not destroy my progress.

    Stomach is still upset but I am trying to get back to normal - the cookies were chewy and in the coffe area and my tummy wanted them sooo bad and the tummy is picky at the moment.
    Yes I am aware there are other fruits and veggies but apples feel safe

    I feel strange this morning. Got a bit of that cough that is making its rounds.
    Weighed in today 10 lbs down toatal this year!!! 9 weeks back at it.
    I have 3 and a half weeks till my mini trip! I wanted 12-15 before going away.

    Breakfast Bar (found these whole wheat flour organic ones that are amazing - small, tasty and filling and low GI)
